Clear a Path for Your Parker Driver or Technician
Southside Virginia has already seen more snow than usual this winter – but, of course, no amount of snow will stop our expert drivers from delivering your heating oil and propane.
But reliable, prompt, and safe fuel deliveries when snow covers the ground also depends on you doing your part by shoveling a clear path to your oil fill pipe or propane fill valve.
In addition, we have some other gentle reminders to help us help you:
- For our customers with outdoor home comfort equipment: Please clear a path to your central air conditioner/heat pump condenser unit, outdoor fuel tank, or flue pipe so that our technicians can gain safe access in case a repair is necessary.
- For our customers with indoor home comfort equipment: Please keep your sidewalks, driveways, and steps clear of snow and ice throughout the winter, so that our techs can safely get in and out of the house when responding to a service call.
- For all Parker Oil & Propane customers: Please do not block access to basements, attics, crawl spaces, or any other indoor areas containing comfort equipment, and make sure that the equipment is not obstructed by clutter or furniture. (You may be fond of your exercise bike, yoga mat, or weights but please don’t let them get in the way of your heating system.)
